Conditions of Use

• Viewpointe Estate Winery Inc ships throughout Ontario using Canada Post. We do not currently ship wine outside of Canada.

• Shipping rate within Ontario is a flat rate of $20 per case (fits up to 12 bottles). Shipping rates to the rest of Canada are based on the weight and size of the package, as well as origin-to-destination distance. Please contact the winery directly (phone or email) to ship to an address outside of Ontario.

• Person of legal drinking age must sign for delivery.

• Please contact the winery directly to initiate a return: info@viewpointewinery.com or 1-866-372-8439 (or locally 519-738-0690).

• All returns/refunds are subject to evaluation prior to any refund or credit.

• Shipping and handling charges for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

• Authorized refunds will be credited in the same method used for the original payment.

• Bottle price includes all applicable taxes and bottle deposit.
